Return & Refund Policy
We take pride in offering high-quality toys. However, if your order arrives damaged, we’re here to help.
Refund Process:
Once the return is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Return Window:
You can request a return within 3 days of receiving the product only if the item is damaged.
Unboxing Requirement:
Returns will be accepted only if unboxing is recorded during open delivery. Please ensure you record a video while opening the package in the presence of the delivery person.
